Residing in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Asha is a passionate and talented sound engineer who works on practically all types of sound production. He enjoys traveling around Australia, putting work for festivals and production companies as his first priority.

 

During his three years of study at SAE he's worked in over 10 different studios, utilizing the unique characteristics of legendary hardware and mixing consoles while experimenting outside of conventional recording and production methods. Asha is dedicated to continuously learn new techniques.

 

With ten years experience in live sound, he easily adapts to any new environment- managing events/ stages by himself and mixing for countless bands at festivals and venues.

 

He also has six years experience as a sound recordist and boom swinger for film- using his state of the art location recording kit to work for a diverse range of genres and production companies including National Geographic, VICE, ABC, and Netflix.
